Pizza Inn in Mountain Home

The food was good. But our waitress was very rude. We got up to get food and she spilled a large drink all over our table. My jacket and my daughters were laying on the seats as were our phones on the table. She spilled it all over my jacket and phone did not even tell me she had done so just moved my jacket to the booth behind ours wadded it up so we wouldn't see the spill and wiped my phone down. My husband told her she spilled the drink all over my jacket ( and it was very cold outside) and she refused to apologize to me. My husband spoke with the management as well and nothing was done. And didn't realize until we got home there was sticky lemonade inside of my cell phone. I know accidents happen as we all have have them but she could have told us it happened and at least said she was sorry. So my family and I will no longer visit this location as they acted as if we were in the wrong.

I thought the pizza was good sad that they only had bone in wings but other then that it was good

I think their pizza is very bland. I've eaten at a Pizza Inn, in Mountain view, I thought their pizza was acceptable and the buffet there was good. I have no intention of going back to the Mountain Home store, because I found their pizza very sub standard. I went to try their breakfast on a Sunday. I took a little of most every thing, couldn't eat it. Left hungry, I wasn't hungry enough to eat that food. Went elsewhere to eat food I could keep down.

Cold food. Quality was poor. Been a long time since I have had a meal this poor.

The staff was friendly, however, the pizza was mediocre and I felt like I could have gotten better pizza at a gas station! But if you're looking to overindulge on pizza, this is the place to go. I kept trying different items from the buffet, just so I could find something, anything, that tasted decent.

Customer service is where this place shines. The food is OK but the service is truly trying their best feature. You honestly feel that they're glad you're there and not in the desperate way.

Ok ..wouldn't really go back but then again I rarely eat pizza! Salad bar was ok but red beans and gumbo were not good ..don't understand why it's on the buffet and the fried chicken looked horrible! Desserts looked nice although I didn't try that ...

This is an all you can eat pizza restaurant. The pizzas are always fresh and hot. They also serve pasta, ribs and salads. It's nice to walk in and have your food ready to eat without having to wait 20 minutes or more for it to be cooked.Prices are very fair and the staff are the friendliest in town

Great service, but a bit pricy just for lunch. Large variety on the buffet including barbecue pork ribs.

Not very good I don't like to wait when someone is standing there running there mouth and should be serving just because you know someone doesn't mean drop every body eles I am known in there to but she didn't stand there running her mouth see was busy in the back doing she it hired to do

My wife and I stopped in at 1:00pm today and there wasn’t hardly any pizza out. No pepperoni or sausage pizza. The very few pieces that were out were cold and tasteless. After over a half an hour still no pizza. I could not drink my ice tea as it tasted as if it contained cleaning or soap products. We checked out and paid the bill and told clerk our experience as he seemed to already know. He said they only had one cook that day. He offered no remedy. We left disgusted and hungry. Will not ever be back.

It was really good. This was our 1st time and we will be back.

Large variety of food and the waitress was awesome she never let our cups get empty.

Great, friendly service. Ordered buffet but they asked if I wanted a particular pizza, had one made and brought it to my table so I could have first choice. We were having BD. Party for friend and they gave us a free small chocolate chip pizza. Nice. Still prefer the taste of Pizza Hut pizza though. Great variety on buffet. Excellent desert pizzas.

It was good, but the pizza wasn't hot on the bar. I have been their when it was busier and the pizza was good and hot.

Amazing pizza and staff

Our waitress was wonderful! We came in close to closing time and she was very friendly and reassuring when it came to letting us know that we had plenty of time to eat. We had the buffet which was a little slim close to closing time but she asked more than once if there was anything we would like to have prepared and brought to the buffet for us. Luckily there was a fresh stromboli (my favorite and one of the main reasons I chose Pizza Inn that night) and some other choices left that were still warm and tasty. The desert pizzas and the salad bar were both as to be expected. Overall I would choose to eat here again! And thank you to the blonde waitress who was very nice to a "closing time" couple!

They are a great place to eat. If there isn't a pizza you like on the bar they will make the kind you like. Awesome waitresses.

Service is outstanding here, would not shop anywhere else for tires.

Absolutely amazing pizza!! We had delivery & not only was it on time, it was hot. My husband & I consider it adult pizza & the kids still loved it. The dessert pizza is positively sinful. Perfect way to end Opening Day for a family of exhausted hunters.

Hostess was super nice but they literally are out of everything and the pizza on the buffet has been there for a while, paying $25 for 3 hard pieces of pizza and 2 waters after being told they have no beer because it was taken for being expired and then they can't make a spinache artichoke so you settle for spinache alfredo only to find out they're out of spinache too .. so now I get to go somewhere else and find food, I feel bad for the staff that has to tell everyone all of this .. should definitely be a list of what is available because it's a lot shorter than the list of what isn't... Super dissatisfied with this place, I understand we are in a pandemic but it should be known immediately upon entrance what isn't available, it's highly annoying to be told 4 times in a row "I'm sorry we actually don't have that" .. especially when the girl had to go ask for every single item asked for.

My dine-in experience was great. My delivery experience...not so much. My bread sticks were hard as a rock, my mac and cheese was cold and my taco pizza had all the toppings pretty much stacked in the middle. Definitely will not be making that mistake again.

You can eat all you want and if what you want isn't there they will make it for you. Lots of things not just pizza: chicken, barbecue ribs, soup, salad bar, baked potatoes and onions, macaroni and cheese and sweet stuff and ice cream cones self serve ice cream machine. It's a great deal.

Awesome asked them a month or so ago if they could make us a desert pizza like we used to get back in Iowa they did and tonight when we went in we didn't even have to order it waitress got it going as soon as she seen us... Now that's good service thank you...

The pizza is great if you come during busy hours! We came one night about an hour and a half before closing and there was almost no pizza out, and the pizza that was out was cold. So we decided to try them again during lunch hours and it was much better. Their crust for the pizza is delicious compared to other pizza buffets.

I stopped in for their recently opened brunch bar. Friendly folks serving up some good hot food. Biscuits and gravy were good. Eggs were delicious and not out of a bag. Breakfast pizza was delicious and they even had some fresh fruit out. Perfect for a Sunday morning after a late Saturday night. I've had their pizza before and it is good as well.

Salad bar food was not labeled; what looked like honey mustard dressing near the other dressings turned out to be butter dipping sauce. Beets and cucumbers on the salad bar were spoiled. BLT pizza had a gigantic wave of mayo on it, making it inedible. Other pizza was ok, but they are clearly stretching their toppings. Chocolate chip dessert pizza had barely 5 chocolate chips on it.

My 8 year old daughter and I like going here. The food is always fresh and good. There is an awesome selection plus they will make any pizza you want for the buffet. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well!

Thxs for fresh, hot food. Also loved the choc chip pizzert. Grandma says thxs for no dishes.

It was very slow we had a big party and not very fresh or full on choices

We went in for dinner between 6 and 6:30. The pizza was dry and the bread was hard as a rock. Literally. The salad bar was well stocked and fresh. There were way too many old pizzas on the buffet line for the time of day. We had a group of 8 and had to clean our own table before we could sit down. The server was friendly. Not a pleasant experience. Don't think we'll be going back.

The kids really enjoy there selves. The staff always prepare our choice of pizzas when we go there as we don't eat pork, so they prepare special requests

It's hard to believe that a place that I used to eat at 20 years ago as a child still exists, and their food is still good. Super affordable buffet! Military discount. Must try the chocolate chip pizzaert!!!

First I’d like to start by saying that I gave them one star only because I had to. The service was iffy and the food looks like it had been sitting for a couple hours. None of the food looked sanitary some of it didn’t even look edible. Won’t come back, please don’t waste your time here!!!

Good but small salad bar, more than just pizza on the buffet, lunch staff is very friendly and constantly coming by to check on you. Highly recommend.
